sewing!

In the past 2 weeks, I have turned my eye to altering garments! I have made a skirt from old carharts, and a very cute sweetheart dress from an old dowdy dress from the giving room! wish I had that camera to show before and afters!

The Waiting game....

Well the motor for the lapidary machine is in the shop, my camera is broken and I wont be able to afford a new one for some time. I have also wrapped all of the stones that were ready to be wrapped ha ha. So for now I have the quilt to work on and lots of things to go into the to-be-photographed pile.

Well here are some more fruits of my labor lol. the first two are not going to be for sale but the rest are. I also tried out a nifty project with all wire. Rob saw a picture of one online and wanted one so I made him a wire tree of life. It didnt come out great, but he liked it. Next one will be better I'm sure!
